Meet the Mentors
Kemper and Laura are retail strategists who specialize in building B2B wholesale channels for global emerging beauty & wellness brands.
Their paths crossed in 2014 when they joined forces to build Oribe Hair Care's wholesale channel from the ground-up. Laura and Kemper worked cross-functionally with leadership and internal teams, steering the brand from a startup to one of the leading prestige hair care brands in the US and abroad. Oribe Hair Care is a pioneering brand in that the hair care category was a subcategory prior to the brand’s entrance in the space. Laura and Kemper worked alongside their team and retail partners to drive success year over year, not only defining a category, but also an industry leading brand. Today, they continue on their professional journey helping emerging brands put their best foot forward for commercial success.
